• IP address — collected automatically when you submit a form.
• Browser information — user agent string collected for analytics and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Waitlist management — to track interest and communicate launch updates.
• Product updates — to send occasional emails about TerraValue milestones and early access opportunities.
• Internal analytics — to understand our audience demographics, geographic distribution, and engagement patterns.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure, SOC 2 compliant database platform. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Access to the database is restricted to authorized team members only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

When a new waitlist submission occurs, a notification (containing your name, role, and organization) may be sent to our internal Discord or Slack channels via webhook for team awareness. No data is stored by these third-party services beyond the notification message.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your data for as long as you remain on our waitlist or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
